Nature of the service
SinoFindra provides sourcing-related information and coordination services. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, SinoFindra is not the manufacturer, seller of record, importer, inspection company, freight forwarder, customs broker, legal adviser, or product-certification body.
Website information and quotations
Website content, demo products, initial messages, and RFQ responses are not binding offers. Product availability, supplier suitability, MOQ, pricing, taxes, tooling, samples, compliance, lead time, shipping, and payment terms must be confirmed in writing.
Requests and orders
Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or obligate either party to proceed. Any paid work, purchase, or supplier transaction requires separate acceptance of the applicable scope and commercial terms.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate requirements and reviewing product specifications, samples, approvals, intellectual-property rights, destination-market rules, labelling, testing, import requirements, and commercial decisions.
Samples, customization, and changes
Feasibility, ownership of moulds or artwork, tolerances, approval references, costs, and timing must be agreed for each request. Changes may affect price, MOQ, or schedule.
Inspection, logistics, and third parties
Third-party suppliers and service providers remain responsible for their own work and terms. Production follow-up or coordination does not replace inspection, insurance, contractual remedies, or professional customs and compliance advice.
Intellectual property and submissions
You should submit only content you are entitled to share. You retain ownership of your materials while granting the limited permission needed to review and coordinate the inquiry.
No guarantee and liability
No specific sourcing outcome, supplier performance, product compliance, price, delivery date, or commercial result is guaranteed. Insert jurisdiction-appropriate warranty exclusions, liability limits, and consumer or business-user distinctions after legal review.
Governing law and disputes
Insert the operating entity, governing law, venue, dispute process, and mandatory local rights after advice from qualified counsel.
