Private file handling
RFQ files are intended for private storage and are not published in the product catalogue. Access should be restricted to authorized service personnel and providers involved in the inquiry. Final storage configuration must be reviewed before launch.
Service providers
The site is designed to use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for RFQ data and private files, Resend for notification email, Sanity for public content management, and optional Google Analytics. Each provider processes data under its own terms and configuration.
Retention and security
Inquiry data should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. The implementation includes private storage and access controls, but no online system can promise absolute security.
